Prof Dr Andrew Grainger

Andrew’s work has informed policy discussions internationally, including contributions to UK Parliament Select Committee enquiries and research commissioned by the European Parliament. Earlier in his career he spent several years at SITPRO, the UK’s former trade facilitation agency, where he served as Deputy Director (Trade Procedures) and Secretary to EUROPRO, the umbrella organisation for European trade facilitation bodies. He later held tenure at the University of Nottingham, where he taught transport and logistics and led several high-impact research programmes, including work recognised within the UK’s REF 2021 research impact assessment.

Melissa Siew

Co-founder Melissa Siew is a qualified pharmacist with a background spanning publishing, project support, and the humanities. She holds a Master’s degree in Classical Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities with Creative Writing from the Open University (UK). Together with Andrew, she supports the delivery of activities through project coordination, event planning, logistics, and editorial input. Prior to joining the company, Melissa worked as a Staff Editor for the Royal Pharmaceutical Society’s Martindale: The Complete Drug Reference. Melissa brings strong organisational and communication skills and is fluent in English and Malay.
